Who can apply as a fighter?
Anyone who wants to fight in kickboxing or MMA bouts: pro, amateur, A, B, C, novice and youth.
Which weight classes can I fight in?
61–63 · 65–67 · 70–72 · 77–79 · 84–86 · 93–95 · 100–105 · 105+ kg. Not sure of your class yet? Choose ‘Other / not sure yet’ in the form and we’ll decide together.
How many rounds is a bout?
Regular bouts are 3 × 3 minutes, title fights 5 × 3 minutes.
How is a fight judged?
Under the 10-point must system. The judges look at, in this order: knockdowns, damage, landed punches and kicks, attack and aggression, spectacular techniques.
What is a 4-man tournament?
Four fighters, one night: two semi-finals and a final. WFL runs them in the N-, C- and B-class, among others.
What is the VA number?
Your number with the Dutch Combat Sports Authority (Vechtsportautoriteit). If you have one, fill it in. This field is optional: you can also sign up without a VA number.
What is my team code and the MVF?
Every fighter has their own code (TEAM + name). Use it when ordering: you get a discount, your fighter gets a vote for the MVF.
